New month, new management company, no new results

Seems like garbage on the grounds is accumulating faster than ever. Except for the first few days I haven't seen cars ticketed that are parked illegally. In fact it is interesting to see how the current management company ignores illegally parked cars exactly the same way that HSC did.
Call the office with a simple request and get put on hold several times "to check with the manager" and then get told "we'll take care of it and nothing gets done."
And I thought HSC was bad, The current company seems to be just as bad, but then again it has only been 25 days.
