Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
within the first month there, my entire bathroom was flooded due to faulty drains in the unit above me, part of the walls, ceiling and carpets were ruined and in the 1 1/2 years there never fixed. Absolutley no parking, all guest spots, roughly 10', are at the front of the complex, not good for those living in the far back. The front gate was broken for the majority of the time I lived there. The only positive is that it is very quiet - but only because no one else stayed long either.
