I can't wait to move!

Beware, this place is not as luxurious as it may appear or as quiet and serene. Every morning (M-F) around 5:30am there is a loud old jeep that rattles through the complex...(I think I may have to bolt my pictures to the wall!) The maintenance collects the garbage cans (pulls them all from behind their pickup truck) early Sunday mornings and it sounds like theres an earthquake! The gas fireplaces suck (a small blue flame) and the heaters barely work, so you have to literally use the fireplaces for warmth (which is very costly due to the increase in gas prices. The washers don't clean the clothes well for some reason. The water pressure is very low, and they said they can't turn it up otherwise the pipes will burst...uh, can we say shoddy craftsmenship'! In the summer the swamp attracts mosquitoes. The security gate is a joke (it's never shut). The lumber yard next to the property is LOUD! I have to wear earplugs every night! For the astronomical amount that they charge here, it is sooooo not worth it! I cannot wait until my lease is up...Oh, and did I not mention that they will not make ANY exceptions for you to move out prior to the lease being up' Otherwise, they charge you a month and a half worth of rent as a termination fee. Trust me, don't move here!
