New Management

New management but same old results. It is always "We'll get back to you". Communication is virtually non-existant. For example the company sold the complex and we never found out.
The interiors are nice and walls filter most noise. Just know that during the summer you will not want to be near the lumber yard. Trucks start at 4:30 M-Saturday and there is not a discount because you sit on the yard.
Parking is very bad if you do have more than one car or friends over. The only parking spaces are by the clubhouse and those are few.
If you are looking for a place to live and not need anything else this is the place. If you prefer to have events and know what is happening, move along.
