Parking is terrible, people with dogs do not clean up

The parking is terrible, if you get home after 5 you will be lucky to find a place if you do not have a garage or a parking spot. You will get told by management to park around the corner at Albertsons in there parking lot, just what I want to do when I work all day then have to walk and extra 3 to 4 blocks to get home if you live towards the back, probable be ok if you lived near the entrance. They will NOT rent out any reserved spots so that even if you want to have one you cannot. They say they are working on parking, but that has been over 2 months now. Also watch out for people that drive fast through here, there is only 1 speed bump and people will speed and I have almost been hit a couple times. Also people do not clean up after there dogs, so do not walk on the grass unless you want something stuck to your shoe. Management is good, but one of the helpers in the office is rude and has an I could care less attitude, I would say it is because she is young and most likely has never taken a class on customer service. As for being a gated community, yes they do have a gate, NO it does not work and has never worked since before I moved in. Also do not get a place down by the lumber yard during the summer if you want your windows open expect a lot of noise.
