New management blames the old

Been here since 2001. New management took over last fall (from HSC).
With the exception of Mark the followup and thoroughness by the staff ahas left a lot to be desired.
They asked the residents twice to fill out forms to verify assigned parking. So far they have tried to give my assigned spot away. Their excuse, "We looked at the HSC master list and it is assigned to a differnet apartment." If I had not called the security company back after talking to the new tenant, that new tenants car would have been towed! Why would they look at a master list that is at least 4 years old'
When I called about other issues I was put on hold multiple times or disconnected.
Some maintenance work was being done on the parking structure that my nearly disabled roommate (didn't have the disabled permit yet) parks under. I asked the office staff where they should park' I was told that they would have to park near the office which is at the other side of the complex. When I explained the situation they said "well that's the best we can do." Amazingly enough, today when there was a truck parked in my assigned spot, Mark offered to find an alternate spot nearby.
I have called about noise a couple of times during office hours. I was told that they would check on it. Nothing was done! I know, I watched for nearly an hour one time and an hour and a half the other to see if the staff member I talked to or another one would actually come and check it out. Nope, nada, nix, null.
While I hate the idea of having to move, I will not renew my lease. But then again management doesn't care, there are thousands of other renters out there.
