I just gave Park Hill a deposit on a rental and was told the next day that the unit had already been rented. When I phoned back the office manager told me that Mark would phone me back when he returned form lunch. He did not, I called again and when Mark finally returned my call he did not even know who I was! Basically he told me they had a lot of people clammering for their units and I could take a lesser quality unit at a higher price or not...but acted like he could have cared less about the situation this staff caused. They now have my $400 and my only option is to deal with what they have or come and pick up my check. What a disappointment. I cannot believe these people do business this way. Sort of a "I don't really give a ----" attitude. I was asking for a quality home with quality management...certainly did not find it here. The location was perfect, but I can't at all recommend the management!
