I have to agree with everyone so far. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. THe apartment itself is fine, but the management staff is horrible--in every way. Just when I think they have hired someone that might treat their paying customers with some respect, we are once again treated like we are criminals. I was actually told that while they weren't going to give me any of our deposit back, that it "wasn't like they were trying to make money off me.." and that if I looked at it it was only a little bit of money that I would have to pay--even though we left our apartment spotless and I have always gotten my deposits back on any other apartment. I had to remind kind Mark that while he didn't think it was a lot of money, the point is that I deserved the money back. During the last six months of this management I have had nothing but problems: lost checks, stolen checks, rude customer servicce by nearly EVERYONE in the office, and a general "I don't care attitude" from everyone on up to the highest manager Meaghan who has made it clear that she does not care either. Most of the time I can't even get a phone call returned. All in all--save your money. Rent somewhere cheaper and has a nicer staff.
