I read these reviews before I decided to rent here, and have to say it almost prevented me from renting a unit. I have been here 2 months and cannot believe the hyperbolic statements from many of these posters.

Let me start out by saying that Mark Davis is the best property management personnel I have ever dealt with in my rental experiences in 4 different states. He has helped me from making an emergency car ride when my baby was sick to having millenium make sure I had wirelss cable connectivity in my computer nook. As for the rest of the staff, I feel they are all very pleasant and accomadating, but Mark is exceptionally sympathetic to our needs as renters.

The only problems I have that are addressed in other remarks, are the lack of parking spaces. I have been fortunate to only have had to park at Albertsons once, but parking is definitely problematic.

If there is anything to ----- about at Park Hill it is some of the residents..many are stand off-ish, some are loud and others are inconsiderate as piles of dog poop litter the grounds, when there are doggie bags to pick it up all over the complex. I try to pick up other dogs messes as it is a health risk to children who might play in the grass or other dogs who may be too young to be immunized from Parvo. This is not the responsibility of the Park Hill Management, it is our responsibilities as dog owners, I have two myself.

This is an apartment community people, not Talus...you want things absolutely perfect, then you better go buy a home. This place is a great APARTMENT community.
