I found it pleasant!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Aside from the limited parking for extra cars, I found my stay at Park Hill quite enjoyable. The office staff was freindly and always helped out when there was an issue. Maintenance always took great care of the grounds and the apartments, they even helped me move-in some of my heavy furniture.
If it wasn't for a job relocation, I'd still be living there.
