When will the spa be fixed' The pool area needs major repairs. Dog owners need to be cited for failing to clean up the poop. It's not okay to turn the grass yellow either. Ask a lot of questions when you move here' Why doesn't the gate actually work' Why do people speed through the complex' Why is there only one treadmill for over a 1,000 residents' Why was there a major crack sealed in the pool' Who cleans the pool' Why is there an outside billing company for water, sewer, and trash' Why are these rates so high' Are they charging us for water used throughout the complex (i.e. the pool, sprinklers, etc.)' Carefully inspect your apartment before signing a lease. Some good people try hard.
