Overall, living at Park Hill has been a great experience. I work nights and it is ususally very quiet during the day, I have had no problems sleeping. There are some annoying dogs that bark, but as far as I can tell everyone cleans up after their pets. The few times that I have needed a repair or had a question, the maintinence guy was at my door within 10 minutes. They even changed a light bulb for me that I couldn't reach. Grounds are well kept. Parking is a problem, I only have 1 car but it is a big hassle having people over as there is very limited extra parking. Also the hot tub has been out of commission for 2 months (why remodel in winter''') Anyone who does their homework figures out which utilities are paid fore BEFORE they sign a lease. If I was staying in Issaquah, I'd be renewing my lease.

The spa was closed in October, it is now March. That is 5 months of being out of commission. Poop is on the ground every week, just don't step on it. Utility costs are high, just be aware.
