If park hill is as bad is everyone is making it out to be....why is there a WAITING LIST to move in''''' I moved here 6 months ago and have found the management to be extremely caring and helpful. I personally believe most of these bad reviews are done by one or two unhappy people. bottom line, i love it here and fully plan to renew my lease. furthermore, if people acutally asked the management why the spa wasnt working they would know that its because its being resurfaced....and who uses a pool in the winter anyways'!'!'!'!'!

Because it is within WALKING distance to Microsoft and all the M*softies want live there. Also, the 'Prefered Employer' for Park Hill is oddly enough; Microsoft. |

The reason for th ewait list is the local vacancy rate is 4.24% in all of King and Sonhomish county. In Issaquah it is about half that. Why, Microsoft, and Costco are hiring like crazy for th efacilities that they have in Issaquah.

Also, people put themselves on the waiting list because one only finds out how bad it is once you move in. I cannot find a place to park, but when I first moved they told me parking was not an issue - and I believed them. After living there for 2 years, I know better and the fact that they are liers does not make me happy!
