Read the reviews it's all true on the complaints, from the water bill that can run near 150.00 a month with no explanation of why to the management telling you to park half a mile away at the store even tho there is many unasigned spaces not being used. The materials are the lowest grade possible and workmanship I have seen better by an apprentice on his first day of construction. Now to get past the money grabbing staff and poor materials they are next to a woodworking lot that sounds like a truck stop from 4 am till 11 pm and the smell of stain fills your apt. daily along with the sound of forklifts loading and unloading trucks all day and nite. I would say if you want a 2 bedroom for 1300.00 a month look elsewhere the second bedroom is a struggle to set a bed in and walk around it about as big as most small bathrooms. Truly any positive feedback is written by the staff, and even tho carpets wear out in a year and need replacement they keep your deposit and charge you a carpet cleaning fee on the carpet they are replacing. Save yourself the misery and just look for a section 8 housing at normal pricing.
