I moved here in April of this year I cannot agree with the reviews of the staff as unhelpful or impolite as they have treated me very well; ---- and ---- has gone out of his way to help me through a few issues I have had. My only real complaint is parking as stated above it is hard to find a space as many of the tenants have friends over on regular basis and suck up 4 or 5 spots at a time as well as park in other peoples assigned spaces or in red zones making it hard to get in and out of my space. I had a noise complaint about my upstairs neighbor it was addressed and no longer is an issue. Every time I have needed maintenance they have completed my requests within a couple of days which is outstanding compared to some places you have to wait weeks for. I had my washer die they made sure to give me a near by empty unit so I could do my laundry for the 2 days before they brought me a new washer I cannot ask for better service than that. I for one am happy; would I like to see better parking enforcement YES, would I like to see the ability to put a satellite dish on the roof for us units that cannot see the sky YES as Millennium (now BROADSTRIPE) stinks but other than that I am happy here. So to the staff thank you I for one am happy with my stay here . MC

Some people try hard. If you have mold in your apartment, management needs to pay for your entire move to the third floor, not just $500 for the big furniture. Environix is one company that does mold inspections and watch out for bottom floor apartments. Glad you are having a positive experience.
