Careful of the office

The apartment that I'm in is lovely. ----, the maintenance supervisor, has always taken really good care of me, even with the smallest issues. -------, one of the ladies in the office, has always treated me well and has always had a smile on her face. I'm told that the parking in this development is problematic, but since my townhouse has a garage, I don't know. The only complaint that I have is with ----. Be careful when going to the office. If she is the only one there, I would recommend coming back and speaking with someone else later. She is rude, argumentative, and doesn't care about the resident. She's sweetness and light, if you're there to talk about renting from them, but once you live on property, she couldn't care less. I'm trying very hard not to use the "B" word, but it really is the only word that describes her accurately.

The only other word of caution that I have is this: when I was thinking about renting here, I was told that I'd be given two weeks notice, if the management ever had to inspect my apartment. Well, that's not true. I received a notice on my door this afternoon, telling me that they would be entering tomorrow. That's less than 24 hours notice, let alone two weeks.

As a current resident I would disagree that ---- is a problem she has been very reasonable and helpful to me. I know that in some cases certain residents have managed to make themselves stand out more than others complaining and being unreasonable about things, I have witnessed this for myself in persona (not saying this is the case with you). I will agree that the 2 week notice has been compromised a couple of times but as in this case there is not much they can do since it is a city inspection for repair work they have done to improve the deck surface for the townhomes.... If anything my biggest complaint is the lack of parking and the other residents who have no courtesy by parking in front of others spaces and in red zones making it hard to maneuver around I hope to see a lot more towing of those cars... And lastly my other complaint is the residents that cannot seem to take the minute out of their lives to pick up after their dogs or use a leash as state laws require but those two complaints are of the residents not the staff here.

Oh - and one more thing.... How often do people change at apartment complexes? ---- has been with this place for over a year. She must be doing something right. Some people are hard to please.

Her name is ---- and she is AWFUL!!! I can not believe she still has a job there. She will promise you things and it takes a year for her to do anything about it. Also the Manager Phil never returns phone calls. Park hill has the worse customer service I have ever seen. I have been in CS business all my life. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you like to be abused and ignored.

I agree with anonymous about ----! She is rude and pushy.Once you live here she could give a hoot about you. I love my place here, but I try to avoid the office unless I have to.
