The apartments are nice however the management is horrible. One of the office ladies named Myra is very rude. She rolls her eyes at you and has curt tone. She love to argue with you about anything. We had a reserved parking space that everyone seemed to park in. We asked for the numbers to be repainted so it is apparent that it is a reserved spot. She told us for over a year they would repaint this. It took them (and I am not exaggerating) over a year to do this. The funny part about it is a new lady just started there and we went to complain for what seems like the 100th time. She had it repainted within the hour!! So it was confirmed that Myra just did not want to do her job. We have never complained about anything in the 2 years we lived there except for repainting our parking space #. I can not imagine if something was wrong with our actual apartment. I do not think it would ever be taken care of. We have asked several times for the Manger Phil to call us back. We are still waiting for a phone call from him. Management does not care about their residents at all. You will get laughed at and not taken seriously. So if this is what you are looking for then I would strongly recommend Park Hill for your housing needs.
