Park Hill was a pretty good place to live...however, our final experience there entirely soured us. Most of the people working in the office are nice and honest, but be careful of --- as she will screw you over every opportunity possible. Do not trust a single word this woman says.
If having guest over is your thing than this is definitely not the place to live unless your guests like parking a half mile away at the old Albersons and walking up the hill.
Given the choice between here and say the Timbers though, pick here.

The mold disclosure form is an attempt to cover their behind. Be extremely wary of ground floor apartments. Ask to meet with the regional manager before signing the lease and see what you think of her? Ask her who their attorney is in landlord tenant matters? Then join a Tenants Union to protect yourself.
