Originally lived here in a townhouse and parking was not so much of an issue. The townhouse was pricy and moved to an apartment. Parking IS an ISSUE! There is never enough spaces for any visitors let alone people who actually live here with more than one car. Maintenance has been very good and repairs have been done in a timely manner. The office staff have never been rude to us and were even willing and accomodating to our specific need. Apartments are fairly nice and up-to-date. I wish that the carpet had been replaced though before we moved in. On a side note: You should make your own opinion rather than taking the advice of a total stranger, someone who might be mad for the smallest reason. We have to remember, we are renting apartments, not buying a house!

Agreed. I suggest talking to a resident. That's what we've done in all of our rentals. With Park Hill, we were shocked at how much of the negative reviews rang true. The low opinion of the place was shared by the 3 different residents we talked to.
