Things to be wary of:
Lack of Parking - This is a serious safety issue. Any guests will have to park down the street and then walk up to the complex. There's no guarantee the former Albertson's parking lot will remain available. The guest parking slots are generally taken all the time. Plus, sometimes others park in your slot and you're left to park down the street.
The Lumber Yard - If you don't mind noise and fumes, then go ahead and sign the lease. One leasing agent told us the lumber yard didn't renew their lease and would be out in three months (that passed). The other leasing agent said they'd be out as early as one year. It's obvious they have no clue. Businesses tend to sign long-term leases, how do these leasing agents know their business'
The Lies - Do not trust management. Some friends stopped in when they were shopping around for an apartment and the things they were told were simply untrue. They spoke to the leasing agent (the one named in other reviews) and boy did she sugar-coat everything, from parking to the noise to the cleanliness of apartments.
Be wary of this place and all the claims the staff and management make.

Yes, and that's also why they evict people for reporting mold and then gut the entire apartment after they force you out.

Get a life people. If you are not happy, then get out. If you want to find out the Lumber Yard issue, why don't you go and find out your answer youself, since you are so smart.
