DO NOT RENT FROM PARK HILL!!!I have never been so discriminated against in my life. I paid an application fee and deposit on a unit. A week later they told me the move in date had changed from the 7th to the 12th. Received another call telling me now the unit was not avalable, one week before moving in. They had other units available but had locked me in at such a low rate they blew me off. I was left homeless and on top of that they held part of my fees and I am having to go through ESSEX properties and the Better Buisiness bureau to get money owed to me. I was promissed my checks would all be returned and the Manager Phil told me they had done nothing wrong and cashed them. They never return phone calls, and staff makes promises just to get you to move in that they have no intention of fulfilling. The staff lacks knowledge and they are untrained and the Managment is very unprofessional.

Agreed. Do not rent from this place! You'll preserve your health and your peace of mind. I've lived in several Eastside communities and this one was the worst, by far! As with all reviews, take what others have to say with a grain of salt. With Park Hill, pop some pills with it if you decide on signing the lease.

When I complained to the BBB, Essex Property Trust just stopped being a member. Take them to court. My friend is dealing with a mold problem at the Timbers on the bottom floor and they are fixing the problem, which is something Park Hill refused to do.
