The rates dropped substantially and our lease was up for renewal. The leasing staff was very unaccomodating and said they could not offer us a lower rate although everyone was moving out - they did not care. They would rather you leave and offer lower rates to new tenants. Myra is horrible so be very careful of her. She lies. There are great places elsewhere. The water bill is never justified and our power bill/gas bill was the same every month. We never used the heat and we paid more than our neighbors with a larger unit who ran their heat all the time. This place doesn't make sense. Save your money and rent elsewhere and then buy a home.
