Had a good feel to it

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived here awhile and really enjoyed it. Didn't feel like a lot of other apts, had personality. Plus the view was great - Squak across the street and Tiger to the side. Then there's the creek running around (and sometimes through) the complex. Front row seat to the Salmon run! Can't beat that. Downside to the creek is that she floods on occassion but that's not so bad since we were built on pillars. Just a bit inconvenient but all the neighbors pitched in to sandbag the only apt in danger.
The bldg needed some TLC and the new owner put $$ into it. Straight away a new roof and landscaping.
Rent was reasonable, owner a very nice man, neighbors were cool and there weren't noise problems like you sometimes have in community living.
Job took me away from the area otherwise I would still be there. I hope to move back to Seattle sometime and would look here first.
