Nice Aesthetics

Place is somewhat rundown and looks horrible from the outside. Once you're inside everything changes. Like the previous person said it does have personality. Like a brick fireplace and interesting kitchen. Very cozy. The view is great and you don't get wet going to/from car, mail, trash etc. Nice since it's a tad soggy round these parts. Rarely hear the neighbors, no loud screaming kids to speak of and people are nice and down home like. Manager at the place next door has a rotten reputation which is probably well deserved. Don't ever, even for a second park in a spare spot there because she will call the cops on you. Funny thing is that the spots she thinks are hers actually belong to the owner of Parkshore. The creek is real nice and soothing when traffic is quiet enough to hear it. Don't like when the salmon die and rot - stinks bad. Rent is fair. I recommend this place.
