Please be advised that these apartments flood every year.
This year all the cars were underwater.
Car ports are nice, but are not protected by floods.

LOL, I'm really sorry about the flooding - went thru it myself there. Great pic btw, brought back memories. I recommend moving your car across Newport up the hill a little, that's what we always did.
Now seriously, did you really expect to be surrounded on 3 sides by the Issaquah Creek and not be flooded during the winter? Did you not notice the sandbags lined up alongside the building used to try and save the only ground floor tenant? It's beautiful there so perhaps you weren't paying attention. Good luck to you, the scenery comes with a price :-)
