We lived here for a year. Maintanance during that time changed three time, they cant seem to keep anyone. I took three months and a letter stating tenant rights and laws to get our failing heaters to be replaced. There was a leak in our bedroom. It took a couple day to fix but were never notified of it being fixed until we sent a letter from our lawyer that the had ten days from time of leak to fix of we were moving out will all deposits due back to us. The apartment manager called us on day before the ten day mark to tell us it was all a big miss understanding and that it was fixed the day after the leak happened. The maintenence guy at that time went up into the attic to check for mold or moisture damage and said he saw none. YEAH RIGHT. Then how is it that since the time of the leak or a few days after, I was sick and did not get better for two month., and am now fine now that I am not living in the apartment. Oh if you have pets be ready to pay a non refundable pet fee. We had two cats and paid $800 we will never see again.

Completely agree. Have lived here almost a year and management has changed 3 times. You call the emergency pager number and have never received a call back. Definitely needs updating. Drafts from vents and outlets are horrible. Have never paid soo much for electricity. Grounds are not kept very nice. There are no curbs. You feel kind of like you are in the ghetto. I hope you have 2 pets and that's why you were charged $800. We have one they charged us $400 and used the excuse,"at least there is no pet rent." The place is a joke. I agree, if you have the choice, DON'T RENT HERE.

Wow! I have lived here for over two years now and it has been great!I have no complaints at all, been very happy here. Yes, they are not brand new, it could use a little more work, but they are cute and cozy, rent is reasonable and the people are nice and polite. When I have called for any questions I DO get a call back and when I do need something taken care of in my apartment it IS taken care of. I also have a pet and am not barking about paying up the money, if you loved your pet then it shouldn't matter what you have to pay. Also, if you feel like you are in the "ghetto" as you stated(which I highly disagree), then why don't you just move so that we can have someone else to move-in that will truly appreciate this place. Good thing you posted "anonymous", I would not like to know who you are, sad to know that I have that type of neighbor living at this place. It's always the people that are unhappy in their lives that post bad things. All the happy ones are too busy living life, which is what I should get back to, but I just happen to stumble on this and felt I had to respond in defense of the place I live at because i really do enjoy living here.
