I am LOVING it here! I grew up in Sammamish and with the cost of living going up, having a child, and the economy failing-my husband and I decided to move our family somewhere close that we could manage to save money and make a new home! I had a lot of anxiety about renting because we last owned a beautiful newer condo and I wanted the best place for my little girl...

After lots of research and apartment hunting, we are so blessed to have found Parkridge townhomes! They are HUGE, they feel like a real house inside. They are quiet, except for the great neighborhood children who play outside with basketballs and their dogs-it really feels like a throw back to a suburban neighborhood, which is perfect for us as a family. We also have a single gal living next to us whom also seems very happy even though she lives alone. The manager Sonia has communicated wonderful with us and even sent out the maintenance worker, mike, for a work order when we did not even try to file one. Just for a regular things that I did not even think of like poffering to power spray the patio. =) He came right over on our time and was so friendly.

Sonia is running a great community here and my husband I see ourselves staying here for as many years as we see fit until we are ready to buy a home again. The schools are amazing, do not let the outside of these older Issaquah homes fool you, they have nice carpet, fireplaces, and even updated fixtures. My daughter and I walked to the hatchery and for dinner the other night, she is 21 months old and the parks are also endless around here. I am currently hoping to show another couple we know these for any that are open because we are so happy.

Best of Luck in your search, but these truly met all of our needs and beyond. I really feel like it's our home and that took a lot for me because I wanted to finest and safest for my little girl.
