I read all the other comments, mostly negative; and would have to say my experience with personnel has been great. They are friendly and responsive. The maintenance probs I've had have been fixed within hours, or maximum one day. The apts. are noisy, you can hear everything above you. But what communal living space doesn't have to tolerate neighbors and noise'' The apts. are older and have electric baseboard heat and bad countertops, but if you work a good deal on rent it's worth the trade off.
