I was only 6 months into my 1 year lease and opted to continue to pay rent while I resided somewhere else. It is SO true about the parking, there IS none. And there are kids EVERYWHERE without a responsible parent to be found. I woke up at 3 in the morning to a kid screaming up above "MOOOOMMM, I need you to wipe my buttttt!!!"
I hated it. The women the manage that place are RUDE and treat you like you are an immagrant.
OHhhh, and my second month living there a kid went down the street and spray painted swasticas on over 20 cars including mine. Summerwalk wanted NOTHING to do with it.
