We got a great deal for our money. We loved the apartment and could hardly hear our neighbors. Parking SUCKS hard core. Do not rent in bldgs 13 or 11. You have to walk a long ways to your car unless you have a garage. And you only get one reserved parking spot so if you have two cars you have to park on the road which is farther.
