I'm in building 13 myself and yes sometimes parking can be hard, but you are probably the person that uses your attached garage as storage and then ------- about no parking! Maybe you're forgetting that you get a guarenteed parking spot for free. Every other place I have lived, I have to rent a spot for $30. I have talked with several of my neighbors and we are all happy here and everyone has been very nice. I think that the complainers are probably the one's that have received a nasty gram due to their own problems. I rent because I don't want to mow the lawn and own a club membership. If you want a house then don't rent an apartment. I think you should judge for yourself instead of taking someone elses word that bounced their rent check and blamed the office for their bad budgeting.
