My husband and I moved To Summerwalk back in November 2004. They had a great move-in special and a wonderful staff that answered all our annoying questions. I have never lived in an apartment complex where there are so many activites for the famlies. The parking isnt so great, but thats just something you have to deal with when you live in an apt. You cant forget that you are renting ..You dont get the same benifits as owning your own home. The apartment size is nice for what you pay, and the layout makes it much more roomy. We live in a 2 bdrm how, and plan to move to a 3 bedroom here. We love this complex, and would recommed it to anyone who has children.
