Expensive, noisy, poor management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
NOISE- Poorly insulated particularly in the bathrooms. Could hear upstairs neighbors holding regular conversations.
Children are poorly supervised at the complex and management does nothing to curb the noise long after quiet hours. Car was scratched with a fork by one boy who was not being supervised.Lots of bicycles, skateboarding, scooters, and rollerblading by older kids.
SECURITY is non-existent and responds slowly, if at all, to problems.
GARBAGE is often not dumped for days during hot weather to the point of drawing flies and smelling terrible.
MANAGEMENT nonchalantly listens to complaints, acts shocked, promises to correct the problem, but nothing ever changes.
GEMTEL PHONE SERVICE is terrible. Don't let Summerwalk push you into accepting it. Will tell you that you will have to pay extra for QWEST. Isn't that a violation of Utility commission laws'
Apartment complex was much nicer in 2000. Now it resembles a low-income property. It's a pity.
I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.
