Great Apartment and Neighbors

If you want or need to rent, this is a great apartment complex. Most units are recently remodeled: they did ours right before we rented in June '06. Like any complex, parking can be a pain, but we have an attached garage and can also park a car in front of the garage. Our unit is near the back and is pretty quiet for an apartment. There is a pool on-site which is nice, but there are two more community pools and playgrounds within easy walking distance so it's great for kids. We're only moving because we found a house to buy faster than expected. If you're interested in assuming our lease, call 425-657-0803 by 8/31/06
