I have rented many places since I moved to Washington in 2000. Some better then others and all with their share of issues. I agree with everyone else that apartment communities do have some drawbacks at times, but as long as you can find one with drawbacks you can easily tolerate you are good.

We have been here since September and, even though that isn't a long time, we have enjoyed the apartments and the community since then. We have only worked with on person in the office and she has even gone out of her way to bring a package to us (she walked down and put in on our counter when we were at work). We see her from time to time as we are walking around or checking the mail and she always takes the time to see how we are doing and start a conversation. I can tell she genuinely cares about the people here.

The parking is a tough situation, but I have never had trouble finding a spot on the side of the road when friends come over. In fact, the security is very good at towing someone who is parked in your spot so you don't lose your own. You just have to get used to the parking. This was apparent when we viewed the place before we signed so we weren't suprised by it.

Our neighbors have been really nice to us. They politely tell us when our noise is too loud and we tone it down. Even our alarm clock was waking our poor neighbor downstairs so we replaced it with something else and that helped him out. Just a week or so ago a water pipe burst outside and I got a chance to see other neighbors I hadn't met yet. All in all it feels more like a community then anywhere else.

At least here I don't fight with the constant stench of everyone else's food. I might just be lucky in the building I am in, but I thank god I don't get sick from all those smells anymore! In fact, this place is very diverse in population where many places are not.

All in all, I couldn't be happier in this place until we find our home. They aren't perfect, but for apartment living they really do make it easier then most places. Not to mention the area is beautiful and we never lost power when so many others did. Luck' Maybe so, but a factor that I was glad for nonetheless. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Well last time I checked going into a residents apartment to deliver a package was illegal. Also if you didn't think about that person having to unlock your door then put it there it's a little disturbing. I must admit this review is kinda contradictory from the legal aspects of an employees duty to their renters. Maybe its the fact that my dealings with other apartments have been a lot better or maybe the fact you were there in '06, but as of late this place has gone to hell. They have no customer service, they continually make hassle and issue, and never follow through on proper policies.
