Not a bad apartment, but not good....

I lived in an apartment above the demo house so we could be loud as we wanted. Then two months later the neighbors next to us moved out as well. That alone made this place great but without it I wouldn't have moved here.
I'll start with the bad first.
-The management suddenly showed up one day and ripped off our siding on our deck without notice, usually they give notice. Then let it sit there for OVER THREE WEEEKS until we complained multiple times. They told us that they were remodeling or something but we found out that in fact they were testing for MOLD DEPOSITES. People at the bottom floor were getting sick. For over a month we had to deal with our deck looking like crap, then we had men coming in out and out of our place repairing it for a little more than a week.
-The fridge leaked, we complained and nothing was done about it.
-Fire inspections seemed to happen every month. I don't like people coming into my place that often.
-No parking, except on the street. Not a bad walk unless its raining which it is most of the time in the winter months.
The good.
-For the most part, everyone was nice.
-Nice community, everything you need is close.
-You feel safe here. One night our garage was left open all night long with tons of electronics. Nothing was stolen.
-Security drives around often.
-The place looks very nice and is well kept.
When we had neighbors, you realized how thin the walls can be. Lots of kids live around here so if you live next to one, be prepared to be disturbed.
Overall it was a good place to us only because of the lack of neighbors, but I wouldn't live here if I lived next to kids.
