1. The management team is very bad, never cooperative!
2. No one will come to fix problems during the lease, and they said they have no obligation. For example, currently both the macrowave and the main heater are disfunctional. Although we have called many times, no one come here to fix, and they said they can do nothing.
3. Although the community is quiet, the apartment is very noisy. We can clearly hear the noise and voice of the upstair couple when they make love.

yeah i have to agree and thats why we are moving. they gave us a move in date and when we came to move in our stuff on the day they told us we could move in, they told us that we couldnt go into the apt. bc the apartment wasnt ready! we had to wait several hours while they rushed and tried to slap some paint on the walls and clean the windows. when we got inside it was nothing like the place they showed us before. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE we dont even have tv outlets in our rooms!
