New owners SUCK!! Turnbing these into condos. Most expensive apt in ISSAQUAH!!!

Lived here for seven years-being forced to leave because the new owners want to remodel-rent raised by almost $400 per month. $90 per month trash and water-and they barely empty dumpsters once per week. Many many maintenance issues since new mangement took over. Takes 96-120 hours for maintenance to respond-callcenter is in NORTH CAROLINA for maintenance calls. They are obviously trying to remodel these to turn them into condos and make a fast buck. Corporate greed wins out again.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!

You rate everything so low...why did you put up with all of that for 7 years? Also, $400 over 7 years ain't bad. Let me guess: you decided to complain and all of a sudden everything there sucks. Let me guess again: 12 years old? 14? 14 tops.
