Moved out at the end of July but still have not received my deposit back. Calling them was not enough so I decided to show up in person and was told that I would recieve the check in the mail the following week. Problem solved, right' That was over one month ago and now they say that it is up to their accounting people. The previous staff was good in my opinion, however the new management is comprised of a pack of liars. The grounds and appartment itself were average, but definitely not worth what they were going to be charging if I had renewed the lease. I do not know if my experience is indicative of how Holland does business, but I can certainly say that I will never be renting from a property run by them in the future.
