When I first moved in in 2005, I always had issues with neighbors parking in my designated space, barking dogs, dog poop and trash everywhere. I complained about poop being on the stairwell about 3 times and maintenance never cleaned it up. We lived downstairs and last fall/winter with the rain, the drains were clogged or something and we were flooded and inconvenienced with big fan dryers and stuck in our bedroom with our cats for over two weeks. They handled the carpet cleaning and such but I had to follow up with them on when they would santize our place- it was a hassle. 2006- new neighbors, very nice and not as loud and well kept. Apt walls are thin so you can hear the bathroom (everything private), talking, tv and radio. New owners of Summerwalk are fairly rude. I called to confirm the fee to break my lease and the conversation was unfriendly and rude. The neighborhood is the nicest and serene. Overall, the apts are nice it's just everything else you have to deal with.
