Noise more quiet now. Quiet hours pretty much seem to be enforced now, however, your downstairs neighbors do indeed hear everything above.

Apartment Quality They look nice but be prepared for low quality underneath. Cheap cabinetry, shower stall hardware and the like will cause you problems. I've had to rehang 4 doors now. I won't ask maintenance, they didn't fix the problem correctly the first time it happened.

Office Staff Better than the reviews from previous years but still problematic. Payment problems, lease problems, and the like happen very very frequently

Since moving out in January 2009 we have had nothing but problems trying to resolve the move out. If I could rate the staff a no star oh would I. So far they are trying to stick us with over $8000 in fees, citing no proper notice, replacing a carpet without even cleaning it to the tune of $2400 and a repaint of $900, even though it is standard for apartment complexes to repaint EVERY time a person moves out. Not to mention the apartment manager committed perjury to the state when we applied to the state for assistance. No utilities except electricity my ass! Try nearly $150/mo for water garbage and sewer fees.
Whatever the case, after calculating the actual charges we owe $6. A vast, vast difference from the $8000 they are attempting to charge us. We disputed the bill, yet they have refused to cough up any paperwork about the charges and have even refused certified mail sent by us... asking yet again for actual bills for carpet and repaint, why the pet seal, etc.
Oh and if you are disabled and have a service dog BEWARE. We have been charged for items like "pet seal" and "deflea", nearly $200, a clear violation of the ADA law.

saying I hate is very wrong, I agree with every comment of this original posting, the response here must be from the management itself, only they would use the words hate. We already know the game and are prepared for it when we move out shortly here as well.

I love how every time some one plays the opposition they are automatically the management. Oh that person is right so I'll say they must be the management to make myself look more reputable and disrepute their opinion.
