This place is a joke! Our vehicle was towed because our 1 designated spot was under construction. We were then told "sorry you have to pay to get your vehicle back. We are not responsible." Now we are having to park on the street for 4 months until the building construction is done. Then, our electricity went out and the apartment manager took 2 hours to make the call for puget sound to come out and fix the problem (Keep in mind this is in January). Now within the last week construction has started on our building which nobody conveniently informed us of at the time of signing the lease. I am a stay at home mom and pictures are falling off the walls and nails are coming through the walls. Today, the fire alarm went off and I grabbed my 3 year old and 3 month old out of the house during their nap. As anyone should when a fire alarm goes off. I then called the office to see what was going on. I then waited outside for 15 minutes and received no call back from the staff (keep in mind I have two children outside in the cold for 15 minutes). On top of that the walls are paper thin. I can hear conversations going on in the apartment below. You can also hear people's washer/ dryer and toilets.
Seriously, think twice before moving in this place. The staff is childish and absolutely a nightmare to work with.
