1) Bad advertising: They had posted a 3 bedroom on craigslist.org for $1100 - when called they said that was a mistake and removed it imediately
2) Additional Bad Advertising: They will not honor prices advertised on Craigslist.org if you live here - i.e. 3 bedroom for $1500. They claim they will only mention that when you come to the office that your not allowed to have that discount and that it's only for new renters - no where in the advertisment is it listed. instead you may get a $50 discount on full price (instead of their advertised $500 reduction per month) and have to pay $200 transfer even at end of lease.
3) We've been without our parking spot (that is on the far side of the property in the first place) since about a month after we moved in. There was a small concession, but it does not even come close to covering the cost of renting a garage from the property.
4) Not secure - they refused to place a deadbolt on the ground level back door. Yet most of the second floor doors have them.
5) Parking is not enforced except during business hours - if your garage or parking spot is taken at night the towing company will not touch it even if you have documents proving you pay for that spot - But the office states you have the right to have it moved; huh'
6) Maintenance - During our bad weather they posted signs stating they were working to clear the sidewalks of ice and snow - on the Western side of the property - there was no sign of any effort to clear even around the mailbox, let alone the sidewalks, the steps up to the upper floors. When asked if they can spare some de-icer so that I could clear off the steps to my location for me and my neighbors they said they would get some and get back to me - shortly after that they posted signs saying they had run out. There was no sign that they had used any except for about a 20' section in front of the main office. How can they run out if they didn't clear any major sidewalks' This was one of the biggest failures of the property - the roads and sidewalks recieved no care at all.
7) Noise - We live on the first floor, we could follow the people upstairs around their apt just by the noise alone - each time they step down you can hear it quite clearly - no squeeking - just a foot print. Now don't even ask about what you hear in the bedroom - we have some dents in the ceiling from throwing things at it at 2am due to the noise.
8) Hot tub - Don't use it, it's just luke warm water

My best friend actually rented the 3x2 for $1100.00. That wasnt false advertizing.
