For the 7 months we have lived here, its been nothing but problems. When we moved in, they were starting to remodel the outside of all the buildings. The workers are working very slowly, make way too much noise and mess and are not respective of the limited parking.
We have had a couple of drainage issues with the outside drains. When we confronted the office staff, each time we were told that there was nothing they could do, please be patient, or if i wanted to fix it myself they would pay for my expenses. They were not willing to actully fix them.
The last problem we had, was after our apartment got broken into and our back door was broken, we were told we would have to wait about 2 weeks for a replacement door. Then it took 6 days to replace it. 6 days to replace a simple door! in no handy man, but i know how to put a new door up in less then 2 hours.
on a good note, they layout and finish of the apartment was really good. i do not recommend this complex.

I'm about to happily hand over my keys to the management at Summerwalk - I'll not miss them.
Speaking of back door, when I demanded to have a dead bolt installed they said I would have to pay for the doors replacement.
Look around the neighborhood - I found a 3 bedroom condo at Tanglewood for the same price as a 2 bedroom at Summerwalk.
