This apartment complex leaves so much to be desired. The list of problems is great. Parking is very difficult, the noise from the neighbor BELOW me is a big part of my leaving. I have reported this three times and have had no resolution. The basket ball court that is shown as an assett is frequently leased out to gym classes, day care, and Sword Fit programs, making it unusable. The price is far too high also. You can get much more for your money at other locations. If you purchase a garage, the other "extra" spot you will get is in from t of your garage. This causes extra headache in leaving if the vehicle you prefer to use in in the garage... car shuffle.
It feels like I'm living in the projects.
