The staff at Summerwalk is pathetic!! They sent out a letter on April 24, 2003. This letter was about an attempted burglary in one of the apartments and vandalist to 8 vehicles, the clubhouse and the Rainbow School. Guess when this happened' Between March 25 and March 26. Way to go, sending out something like this after a month!! Don?t you think that this should have been sent out right away'!'!'!' Not to mention that last week I had my new $300 BBQ jacked off of my porch. That?s the last thing that I ever leave on the porch!!!! Oh wait another thing. Besure to ask them about the forced entry rape that occured in Summerwalk a few months ago as well!! Something else that they didn?t send a letter out for over a month on!! Their maintanence people are morons too. They should know out of all people to NOT PARK IN NUMBERED SPOTS!! They are for residents only. Maybe it?s because all the maintanence people never graduated high school and are too ------- stupid to read! Now we all know apartment complexes are not the best places to live and they do breed crime do to the low income people that choose to live in them. However, this is no excuse for the management not to be responsive towards the residents in Summerwalk. Basically they don?t care about anyone and just want your money. I just want to warn everyone who reads this that there are better options of places to live besides this area. I can not wait until my lease is up in August. I count the days!!
