Management not concerned with safety

When my (then) boyfriend & I moved into Summerwalk we loved it! Nice, safe & convienent stores nearby. We renewed our lease. We had to call 911 one morning to report a man under our bed. He escaped. Police arrived shortly. Management offered to let us move into another (non-ground level) apartment. We did. I was very concerened at the complete lack of concern Summerwalk showed for the other tennants. They did not warn people. Last week I found out a woman living at Summerwalk was raped. She lived on the ground floor. And the man was hiding under her bed. He got away. The worst part is that the police were not told that this type of break-in had happened before. I spoke with the detective in charge of this case & asked that the two complaints I made be released to her. This could have been avoided. It makes me sick. Oh ya... The guy that lived below us when we moved was a psycho. He tried to hit me. I called police & reported it to management. Surprise, nothing was done. The next night he came over & started to kick our door. Thankfully my husband was there. Summerwalk seems cursed. I'd stay away.
