After reading some of the other reviews, I feel like everyone is retelling my exact story of our tenure at Summerwalk. The office staff is unbeliveably unorganized, the electric bill is outrageous, and the water, sewer, gas, and HOA dues are completely arbritary, and expensive.
The construction remodel was the longest running joke of all time. Shoddy work and cheap materials. The office thanked us for our patience with a can of Coke and a package of microwave popcorn! Downright offensive and patronizing.
Cannot wait to move out of this place!

I moved to Tanglewood - right up the street, 3 bedroom, two parking spots (All MINE!) for the same price as the Two bedroom and no parking (due to construction) at Summerwalk. No charge for gas fireplace, no more being able to follow the people living above by the sound of their footsteps. Don't walk, RUN out of that place!

I'm pretty friendly with some of the neighbors and no one has anything good to say about this place. That construction remodel was a joke. I had a chair stolen - they wanted to sit while they painted and stole it off of my porch. I found it a couple of doors down with paint on it. I set put out a bag of clothes I was about to donate and the construction guys tore it open and left a bunch of it strewn about on my porch. In addition to your description of shoddy work and cheap materials... I'll add shady workers.
