When considering Summerwalk for your new home take the opportunity to ask some of the residents already living there. They wont lie to you face to face. Take the time to ask several but do not ask the office staff...I would just knock on a couple of doors and ask.
Unfortunately, it was definitely the worst place I have ever rented. I was very excited to live there for my family and pets but when our lease came up we couldnt move fast enough. Please review the comments below the 3 recent good ones...they are very true...but I truly recommend talking to current renters! It will be worth your time!

This is very good advice. Drive around a little bit and chat with folks you come across. The place has a fresh coat of paint covering some pretty bad flaws.
