I have lived at The Timbers for approximately 2 years and have been happy the entire time.
The office staff is wonderful. And,though they have gone through some management changes as of recent, the new manager is high caliber and gets the job done.
The leasing agents are always "smiling" and David will dance very entertaining jigs to make the children of the community laugh.
The maintenance staff is some of the best that I have ever encountered. One of the technicians, (Mick), went out of his way to pick-up pet feces that had been scattered in and about my yard by other resident's pets. The maintenance supervisor is extremely committed to the community and will go above and beyond to ensure the work gets done. I recently needed two towel racks and they were delivered to me the same day!
Their attention to detail and timeliness of fulfilling service requests is off the scale.
The location is good...(just minutes from a drive-thru Starbucks), and the residents are all very friendly which creates a very family oriented place to live.
Not much else to say. Highly rated in my book!
